KNOW ABOUT OUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Customer can cancel purchased orders at any time same day of order. We do process all orders next day for picking/packing shipment. If you want to cancel the order the best method is to send us Email: contact@poshclubs.com. Other Method is you can ring on the number displayed in contact option for cancellation request. Please do not be assured unless you receive any correspondence stating the confirmation of your order cancelation from poshclubs.com.

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, you can’t make any changes to it. This includes adding or removing items, changing colours or sizes, changing delivery address, delivery option or email address on the order. However, if you contact one of our customer team service at the earliest point of your order, they may be able to help tailoring your needs.

If your order is more than three working days delivery method, you need to cancel your order within 24hrs, so we will cancel your order and refund you back immediately.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy covers 14 days starting on the day of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Unless the item is faulty at the time of receipt or the incorrect item was received, we can not ensure a refund. As you should know that we ship all our products from UK and all exchange and refund of the products must be made once the product has reached UK from Bangladesh. Therefore, exchange and refund may take up to 25 days. However, if the product itself is found with no fault and no issues with the product we may not accept return or exchange. Any return and exchange are costly and must be borne by the customer.

When returning an item, we recommend the item(s) is/are returned via a recorded delivery service as the customer is liable until we receive the return. For faulty items, the customer will be provided with a pre-paid returns label; we are unable to reimburse postage cost incurred for returns.

Under The Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009, we will accept returned items even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund (including basic delivery costs paid) as long as you return your goods within specified time from the day after delivery to you.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in resalable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or a returns number to be included with the return.

There are certain situations where a full refund may be refused or only partial refund issued, these include:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse return and/or a full refund if any items do not meet the above criteria.

You, the customer, are eligible for a refund once we have received the returned the goods, inspected it and confirmed it meets the return condition criteria.
