To create an order with Posh Club you have two fantastic options; 1) you can create an order simply from our website by choosing items that are already displayed in our website and 2) you can click 'SHOP BY LINK' option at home page (top right side of the main header) and you will see ‘SHOP BY BRANDS’ option where you can visit each individual brand webpage, once you are in the individual brand webpage now you can chose your favourite item that want to buy and copy the product URL link and come back to our SHOP BY LINK page where you will see ‘place your product link’ option, now you can paste your product link in the required field along with your name and contact. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email, detailing what you bought, cost and delivery option.
We will also send you an email when the order has been processed and your tracking details, so you can keep an eye on the shipment. The tracking information can also be found in your order history.

Fortunately, you do not have to pay anything more than the price you see on official brand website. For example, if you see a price for a dress is £50 on HUGO BOSS webpage you will only pay £50 converted to Taka at todays currency rate. If you see any offer and discount on brand webpage, you are entitled to enjoy this discount like any other customer. Products on our website maintain the same price policy that you will see in an individual brand webpage, meaning we do not charge more than the price advertised by the brands of the that particular product.
As you should know we buy from UK brands and ship from UK, each order takes up to 10 days to deliver to your door or to your local courier office. Sometimes you may receive in 6 days after your order. We ship 4 days a week from UK to Bangladesh, therefore, frequent shipping makes it easier for us to deliver your products earlier than expected.
We have multiple payment methods so that you can chose your best payment option available to you. You can pay us through Bank Transfer, online bank transfer, online credit transfer,bKash, Cash, and Paypal. In any case, please provide reference of your order number. All orders are progressed based on advance payment.
Yes, you will have to pay shipping costs unless you want to collect it from our UK office or someone on your behalf will collect it from our office in London. Shipping cost could qualify for free shipping if the order is more than 2 Lac taka. Any order less than 2 lac taka will have to pay minimum shipping fees starting from 200TK, based on weight, value and insurance.
As you should know that we ship all our products from UK and all exchange and refund of the products have to be made once the product has reached UK from Bangladesh. Therefore, exchange and refund may take up to 25 days. However, if the product itself is found with no fault and no issues with the product we may not accept return or exchange. Any return and exchange are costly and must be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, you can't make any changes to it. This includes adding or removing items, changing colours or sizes, changing delivery address, delivery option or email address on the order. However, if you contact one of our customer team service at the earliest point of your order, they may be able to help tailoring your needs.
Absolutely! We make it easy for you to track your delivery no matter where it is. Once your order has been processed by us, you should receive an email informing you of your tracking reference. We will update you every stage of your order movement from Bangladesh to UK and UK to Bangladesh.

Sometimes orders can be split into two parcels. If this is the case, they are not always dispatched at the same time and they also don't always arrive at the same time. When each parcel is sent, you get an email with the tracking reference number for that parcel. If you don't have your dispatch email anymore, you can find the tracking reference numbers in your order history.Please allow a bit of time for all parcels to arrive.
It could also be that the item you selected was out of stock when we were packing your order. If out of stock, the item would have been cancelled, an email sent out to confirm this, and you have not been charged for it.
You can request to cancel your order, using the contact us form. Just so you know, once you've placed your order, the order starts going through the system straight away, so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can't always cancel an order.

We only buy from official brand webpage and brand store located in UK, therefore, any item you see on our website and buy from us are guaranteed to be authentic and original. The time you generate an order in our website, at the same time we subsequently generate an order of that product with the official brand and we update you in real time. You will also be provided with a receipt of the purchase where you can exchange or refund if product found faulty. We will do the exchange/refund for you (if you require).

All products and brandsare based in UK and comply with UK size policy. Most of the sizes (98%) that you wear in Bangladesh are exactly the same size in UK. However,a few brands in UK (e.g. GAP, M&S) will have a bit bigger size than that of Bangladeshi size. In that case, we will let you know once ordered.
